Gloucester celebrates Hefring Engineering’s ribbon cutting

The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce along with the Mayor of Gloucester, Senator Bruce Tarr, and the Gloucester Harbormaster gave us the warmest of welcomes to the neighborhood at our official ribbon cutting ceremony.
